MARewards Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use MARewards.
• Users under 18 require parental consent.
• One account per individual; duplicate accounts will be terminated.

2. User Responsibilities

2.1 For Earners

• Engage with ads legitimately; automated tools/scripts are prohibited.
• 1000 points = $1 USD. Minimum withdrawal: 1000 points.
• Provide accurate PayPal email for withdrawals.

2.2 For Advertisers

• Submit truthful campaign information.
• Ads must comply with legal standards (no adult/illegal content).
• 60% discount applies until December 31, 2026.

3. Prohibited Conduct

Violations will result in account termination and forfeited earnings:

• Fraudulent ad engagement (e.g., bots, fake clicks).
• Harassment or spamming other users.
• Reverse-engineering or exploiting platform vulnerabilities.

4. Payments & Withdrawals

• Payments processed within 3-5 business days after verification.
• MARewards reserves the right to withhold payments for suspicious activity.
• Tax liabilities are the user's responsibility.

5. Intellectual Property

• MARewards owns all platform content, logos, and trademarks.
• Advertisers retain rights to their ad creatives.

6. Limitation of Liability

MARewards is not liable for:

• Technical issues beyond our control.
• Loss of earnings due to policy violations.
• Third-party services (e.g., PayPal disputes).

7. Modifications

We may update these Terms with 30 days' notice (posted on the Platform). Continued use constitutes acceptance.
